Return and Refund policy:
You can request to return purchased product within 15 days from the date of delivery.
To apply for the refund and return, the purchased product should meet the below-mentioned conditions:

The product/ brand/ article number/ bar code should match. Do not detach and damage the MRP tag.
Complete Product
If the purchased product includes an add-on or comes in a combo while returning all the products should be present.
Unused Product
The purchased product will only be eligible for a return if it is unused, unwashed, unsoiled, and without any fragrance.
Undamaged Product
Only the undamaged product without holes and tears will be eligible for return.
MRP tag
Tags should be attached with the product and undamaged.
3. Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded.
4. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
5. If the purchased product fails in the quality check, the refund procedure will not be initiated further.
6. The maximum amount of INR 100 will be refunded for each product if the customer sends the product using any courier service.
7. To ensure the highest safety and hygiene standards, we do not accept return request on masks.
8. Please ensure that BEAS product is handed over to the logistics partner as STYLINHOUSE will not be responsible in case wrong/different brand product is given and we will not be able to return the same.

Any dispute between the STYLINHOUSE and the Service Provider shall be resolve by mutual discussions between the authorized signatories. If the dispute remains unresolved, the parties may refer such dispute to a court of law located within the jurisdiction of courts in KOLKATA only
In case a customer returns an order after delivery, order shipping charges will not be refunded. However, if you self-ship your returns, only Rs 100 will be refunded for the same.
Order value is calculated after applying discounts/VAT/GST or any other applicable charges.
