## 1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only for services that fail to meet the agreed deliverables as per the service agreement.

## 2. Non-Refundable Items

- Custom software development projects after approval and delivery.

- Subscription-based services once the subscription period has commenced.

- Any partial service delivery already accepted by the client.

## 3. Refund Process

- Submit a refund request to info@brainkeytech.com within 3 days of service delivery.

- Include proof of purchase and reasons for the refund request.

If The Refund Is Getting Approved Within 7-10 Business Days It Will Get Credited To The Original Payment Mode

And as per original payment mode refund will be credit within 3 to 4 business days.
