2.2. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative fees.
2.3. ASTECHFLY Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any additional costs incurred due to cancellations or changes made by the traveler.
3. *Travel Documents:*
3.1. It is the traveler's responsibility to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and health certificates, are obtained and valid for the duration of the trip.
3.2. ASTECHFLY Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any consequences resulting from the traveler's failure to obtain or provide the required documents.
4. *Travel Insurance:*
4.1. We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and loss of belongings.
4.2. ASTECHFLY Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any losses or damages incurred during the trip, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, or property damage.
5. *Travel Advisories and Health Risks:*
5.1. Travelers should stay informed about travel advisories, health risks, and entry requirements for their destination(s) and take necessary precautions.
5.2. ASTECHFLY Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for any disruptions, delays, or inconveniences caused by travel advisories, health risks, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. *Responsibility and Liability:*
6.1. ASTECHFLY Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators, etc.) and assumes no liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of these third-party suppliers.
6.2. ASTECHFLY Travel Services Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, or expense caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or civil unrest.
