RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Our policy lasts 3 days. If  3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Click on WhatsApp & Message us the details our team will initiate refund process.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as Damaged & used items, cannot be returned.

Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE FOR PREPAID ORDERS / ONLINE PAYMENTS MADE ON OUR WEBSITE. Shipping charges are non-refundable for both COD and PREPAID orders.

International Orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at inkarabrand22@gmail.com

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • We ship across the globe via DHL.
  • For International Orders, you can easily pay through your Debit/Credit cards or PayPal (available under Wallets). You can also pay through Bank Transfer by reaching out to us.
  • We charge International Shipping based on your location and order
  • Shipping charges are automatically added to your order at the time of checkout. 
  • No cancellation requests are accepted once the order is placed.
  • We usually dispatch the products within 2-4 working days. Products usually take 3-5 days to reach you after the dispatch, depending on your order. We ship via DHL.
  • We try to dispatch the order as soon as possible but there may be a slight delay because of unavoidable circumstances. In case of delay (product not dispatched within estimated time period), you can contact us.
  • Once your order is shipped, you will be contacted by DHL on the email and phone number provided while placing the order.

  • No exchange / return is applicable on international orders. For any size related queries please feel free to contact us before you place an order.
  • International Orders are dispatched as soon as all the products in your order are ready with us. We don't dispatch incomplete orders.

*As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs, VAT and any other local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these might be required to release your order from customs on arrival.

Our delivery partners are authorized to deposit duties on behalf of the customer and the customer can then directly clear these with the delivery partners on receiving the packet.
