It is
the combination of Water bath and water bath shaker. Either one of these can be
chosen for operation from the control panel. A water bath has a built in
stainless-steel tank filled with water and a heater is fixed to the tank for
heating. It is used to incubate samples in water at a constant temperature over
a long period of time. It is also used to enable high temperature chemical
reactions. Water baths are preferred for heating flammable chemicals.
